- Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot moulding defects such as shrinkage, warpage, flash, and short shots Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets
- Conduct regular inspection of moulds and machines
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
