Job Title: Fleet Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily rider/driver operations and performance.
- Handle onboarding, engagement, attendance, and issue resolution.
- Monitor fleet productivity and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct field visits as required.
- Prepare daily reports using MS Excel.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Fleet, Logistics, Last-Mile, Transportation, or Operations.
- Valuable communication and MS Excel skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
