We are looking for a agile and result-oriented TA Executive with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and closures
- Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates




- Handle candidate communication and offer follow-ups.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Basic knowledge of Banking/NBFC hiring requirements preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Banking/NBFC recruitment preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Good coordination and organizational skills
