With a strong track record of serving leading enterprises across India, we are expanding our Contract Staffing and Payroll Services business and are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to lead enterprise client acquisition.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Manager with proven expertise in acquiring enterprise clients for Contract Staffing, Temporary Staffing, Payroll Management, Managed Services, and Workforce Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess an existing network within Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, GCCs, and large Indian enterprises, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and close high-value staffing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisition for Contract Staffing, Payroll Outsourcing, and Workforce Solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Identify and convert new enterprise opportunities across multiple industries.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, staffing solutions, pricing strategies, and client presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, payroll,



compliance, and finance teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Represent HBR at industry events, networking forums, and business conferences.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development & New Business Acquisition within:

- Contract Staffing
- Temporary Staffing
- Payroll Outsourcing
- Recruitment Solutions
- Workforce Management

- Proven experience in acquiring Fortune 500 companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and large MNC accounts.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, payroll compliance, staffing regulations, and workforce outsourcing.

- Existing network of HR, Procurement, and Business decision-makers.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to independently manage enterprise sales opportunities.
