Key Responsibilities
Should handle PAN INDIA FOFO, FOCO & COCO OPERATIONS & SALES
- Strategic Planning: Set business goals, grow revenue, and scale operations across multiple locations or outlets.
- Financial Control: Manage large budgets, monitor food and labor costs, and drive profit targets.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor general managers and culinary leads.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene, safety laws, and brand rules.
- Supply Chain: Build vendor contracts, manage procurement, and oversee stock levels.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 10 years in multi-unit restaurant/retail outlet management.
- Skills: Strong financial literacy, leadership, problem-solving, and communication.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Culinary Arts
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
