Education: Graduate (Any Stream) About the Role Treasure of Veda is looking for an experienced Operations Head to establish and lead end-to-end operational functions with a strong emphasis on vendor management, procurement, supply chain coordination, and operational excellence. This role requires someone who can build scalable processes, manage strategic vendor relationships, streamline procurement, and ensure seamless execution across sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, and customer operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a quick-paced D2C or retail environment and possess strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and operational leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities Vendor Management & Procurement

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, and service partners.

Build long-term vendor relationships while ensuring quality, reliability, and timely deliveries.

Lead vendor negotiations for pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service-level agreements.

Monitor vendor performance through defined KPIs and implement corrective actions wherever required.

Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply and smooth production schedules.

Develop vendor evaluation frameworks and optimize procurement costs without compromising quality. Operations & Supply Chain Establish scalable operational processes, SOPs, and workflows from the ground up.

Manage procurement planning, inventory movement, warehouse coordination, and stock availability.

Coordinate production schedules with vendors to meet business demand and launch timelines.

Ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment, logistics, packaging, dispatch, returns, and reverse logistics.





Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation initiatives. Inventory & Process Management Oversee inventory planning and stock control across raw materials and finished products.

Implement and manage ERP/CRM systems for inventory tracking and operational visibility.

Develop operational dashboards and MIS reports to monitor inventory, procurement, vendor performance, fulfillment, and operational KPIs.

Drive continuous process improvements to enhance turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and cost efficiency. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations, procurement, and support teams.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams to align operational priorities with business objectives.

Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution through effective stakeholder coordination.

Candidate

Requirements 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Vendor Management within a D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or related industry.

Proven experience in vendor management, supplier coordination, procurement, and contract negotiations.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.

Experience in setting up operational processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.

Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, inventory management systems, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup setting with a solution-oriented mindset.
