Role Description The Operations Executive – Vacation Rentals is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across CosmicStays properties. This role involves coordinating bookings, overseeing check-in and check-out processes, and managing communication between guests, property owners, and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality.

The Operations

Executive monitors property readiness, supervises housekeeping and maintenance schedules, and helps resolve operational issues promptly. Additional responsibilities include tracking operational metrics, supporting dynamic pricing and inventory management, and contributing to process improvements that enhance guest experience and homeowner satisfaction. The role requires hands-on involvement in daily operations,



occasional travel to partner properties, and close collaboration with the customer support and business development teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, property readiness, and service delivery.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should have proficiency with basic office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling software, CRM systems) and comfort working with digital platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Candidates should have prior experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or operations coordination; experience in the travel or leisure sector is an advantage.
- Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
- Candidates should be willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays, as per operational needs and be comfortable with occasional travel to properties.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also apply.) Please note: We are currently considering candidates based in Pune, as the office is based in Pune & the role requires travel to our managed properties.
