Role Purpose

Own the administrative and coordination backbone of the operations organisation, so that senior operating time is freed for higher-value work. This role is the reliable single point of follow-up that keeps travel, meetings, finances and cross-functional actions moving to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel & logistics: Plan and coordinate travel, accommodation and on-ground logistics for leadership team, the operations team and visiting specialists, end to end.
- Finance coordination: Support expense and petty cash tracking and finance reconciliations for the operations function in coordination with the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Meetings & follow-ups: Schedule meetings, circulate agendas, capture minutes and action points, and drive follow-ups across stakeholders until items are closed.
- Documentation & trackers: Maintain trackers, shared workspaces and operational documentation so information is current and accessible.




- Task absorption: Take on recurring operational tasks across areas including procurement coordination as the function scales, acting as adaptable support to the COO's office.
- Coordination: Serve as a dependable coordination point across clinics, functions and external partners.

Required Experience & Skills

- 4 to 7 years in an executive-assistant, operations-coordination or business-support role, preferably in a multi-site or healthcare environment.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through; able to hold many threads and close them.
- Working comfort with spreadsheets and basic reconciliation.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Discretion and sound judgement with sensitive information.
- Proactive and outcome-oriented.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Exposure to healthcare, hospital or clinic operations.
- Familiarity with expense / accounts systems and scheduling tools.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
