Job Summary

We're looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to support the smooth functioning of our daily operations. This role goes beyond inventory management—you'll help coordinate warehouse activities, monitor production and dispatch, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure products move efficiently across the supply chain. Coordinate daily warehouse and operational activities.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across warehouses.

Track inward, outward, returns, transfers, and dispatch operations.

Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor production schedules and ensure material availability.

Prepare operational MIS reports, inventory reports, and daily performance dashboards.

Ensure proper documentation of inventory, dispatch, production, and warehouse activities.

Support vendor coordination for packaging materials, transport, and operational requirements.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

Assist during monthly stock closing, audits, and operational reviews.

Support implementation of automation initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

Educational

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Certifications in Operations, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management are an added advantage.

Experience Required

0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.

Internship or project experience in operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
