We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations, GeM & Tenders Executive to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial operations, managing government tenders, and ensuring seamless execution of customer orders.

What We're Looking For

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Tender Management, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
- Candidates with experience in the Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry will be preferred.

Experience & Skills:

- Hands-on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and government/institutional e-tender submission process.
- Good understanding of Sales Operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, procurement, and documentation.
- Experience in Lead Processing & Documentation (LPD) and Bid (BID) Management will be highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and preparation of MIS reports.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Sales Operations by coordinating customer orders, order processing,



logistics, inventory planning, and timely execution of deliveries.
- Manage Lead Processing & Documentation (LPD), including enquiry tracking, quotation coordination, order documentation, and internal follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports to support effective planning, monitoring, forecasting, and decision-making by the management team.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, courier partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution of shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support procurement and stock planning activities.
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, including purchase orders, invoices, shipment documents, and inventory records.
- Manage the company's GeM portal and participate in government, institutional, and corporate e-tenders.
- Handle Bid (BID) Management, including preparation, compilation, submission, and tracking of technical and commercial tender documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Finance, and Management teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
- Monitor tender opportunities, maintain bid documentation, and support post-award execution until project completion.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, process compliance, and customer satisfaction.
