Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operational activities, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation.

- Monitor task progress and follow up with teams for timely completion.

- Handle data management and maintain accurate records.

- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders when required.





- Resolve operational issues and escalate them when necessary.

- Assist management in preparing reports and presentations.

- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,596.18 per month
