Job Title: Operations Executive (F&B;)

Location: Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive (F&B;) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality property. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel and F&B; operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, operational efficiency, service excellence, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel and F&B; operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, Engineering, Maintenance, Security, Procurement, Stores, HR, and Finance for effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, FSSAI guidelines, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve operational issues, and maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.




- Prepare operational reports and MIS while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Support staff scheduling, operational planning, and process improvements.
- Conduct routine operational inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, or F&B; Operations.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, interdepartmental coordination, and guest service.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and be based in Igatpuri, Nashik.
