Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive with experience in Vehicle Loan Documentation to support end-to-end loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for document verification, loan file processing, compliance, and coordination with credit, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and scrutinize vehicle loan application documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Ensure KYC, income, and collateral documents comply with company and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, and Disbursement teams for seamless loan processing.

- Prepare and maintain loan documentation and customer records.

- Process loan files within defined TAT and ensure timely disbursement.

- Track pending documents and follow up with customers, dealers, and channel partners.

- Ensure compliance with RBI, internal policies, and audit requirements.





- Maintain MIS reports and update loan management systems.

- Resolve documentation-related discrepancies and customer queries.

- Support branch operations and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2-5 years of experience in Operations or Documentation within an NBFC, Bank, or Vehicle Finance company.

- Valuable understanding of vehicle loan documentation, KYC, and compliance processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office and loan processing systems.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in handling New Car, Used Car, Commercial Vehicle, or Two-Wheeler Loan documentation.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period are preferred.
