We are hiring for the Brand - Vokka Perfume
Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations related to purchase, inventory, and vendor coordination for Vokka Perfumes.
- Coordinate with vendors for packaging materials, raw materials, accessories, quotations, pricing, and timely deliveries.
- Track purchase orders, material requirements, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials as per business requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and operational reports.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely procurement and operations
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with experience in Purchase, Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain from FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Perfume, D2C, or other product-based brands will be preferred. Robust vendor coordination and follow-up skills are essential.
