Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ambala. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating production workflows, and ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently and on schedule. The role involves monitoring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, R&D;, and logistics to support seamless product delivery.

The Operational

Specialist will prepare reports, track key operational metrics, assist in implementing process improvements, and support adherence to quality and safety standards.



This role also includes regular communication with internal stakeholders to align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance trends, and support operational decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and convey operational updates clearly.

Candidates should possess Sales awareness and customer-oriented thinking to align operations with market demand and service expectations.

Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to oversee workflows, manage resources, and maintain production efficiency.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely execution of operational improvements.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.

Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, especially in the sanitary or FMCG sector, is an advantage.

Proficiency with basic productivity and ERP tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site are desirable.
