Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations for technology workshops and training programs, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with institutions, trainers, and participants, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

The Operational

Specialist will monitor resource allocation, maintain operational documentation, and track key performance indicators related to program delivery and participant satisfaction. This role also includes working closely with sales and project teams to support workshop planning,



manage logistics, and resolve operational issues promptly. The position requires proactive communication and continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and operational decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with institutions, trainers, participants, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to support workshop promotion, client relationship management, and conversions where needed.

Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle logistics, resource planning, and process optimization.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track multiple workshops and training programs.

Relevant experience in education, training, or technology services operations is beneficial.

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area and manage occasional travel for workshops as required.
