About the Role

Guardian Crest Care LLP is seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our premium home healthcare services. The successful candidate will oversee clinical and operational activities, ensure high standards of care, manage staff, and support the growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and support healthcare staff.
- Conduct client assessments and oversee care planning.
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred care.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance.
- Build relationships with clients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Handle incidents, complaints, and quality assurance.




- Support business development and service expansion.

Requirements
- Degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Solid clinical knowledge of elderly care, dementia care, post-hospital care, infection control, safeguarding, and care planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital care management systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
