Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency and achieve company goals.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster professional growth and performance excellence.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.

Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands and ensure optimal utilization.

Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and evaluate operational performance against targets.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and standards to ensure deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and industry regulations.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and maintain continuity of operations.

Vendor Management:



Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in [insert relevant industry].
