Role Description The Operations Management Intern will support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of processes across the organization. This full-time remote role involves coordinating tasks between teams, monitoring workflows, updating documentation, and assisting with process optimization initiatives. The intern will help track project progress, gather and analyze operational data, and prepare basic reports or summaries for the operations leadership.

Responsibilities also include supporting customer service activities, such as following up on queries, maintaining service records, and identifying areas for improvement. The role is designed to provide practical experience in operations management, project coordination,



and cross-functional collaboration in a digital environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, with an interest in process improvement, workflow coordination, and efficiency optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly in written and verbal form across remote teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including professionalism, responsiveness, and a focus on positive user experiences.
