Role: Operation Executive Location: Mundra, Kachchh, Gujarat Responsibilities:

·Communicate effectively with vendors, transporters, shipping lines, and yards daily to ensure smooth operations.

·Act as a liaison between customers, the sales and marketing team, and other internal departments to execute orders accurately and efficiently.

·Collect and organize basic documents required for container processes.

·Generate and analyze MIS reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

·Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting.

·Oversee shipping operations to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of goods.





·Handle other basic operations tasks related to the Mundra port as assigned. Requirements:

·Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.

·Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

·Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems.

·Knowledge of Mundra port operations is preferred but not required.

·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
