· Look After the operation activity of Custom Clearance of Nhava Seva, Air Cargo (Sahar),Mumbai Port and Western Region

· Handling Team of Employees in back office as well as operations at the above mentioned location.

· Liasoning with various governments officials for valued added services like drawback, refund, etc

· should have detailed knowledge of customs clearance procedures as well as customs laws and policies.

· Should have a G pass and should be computer literate.

· Should be able to strike a rapport with various outside agencies we work with

· Risk assessment needs to be done for all shipment if damaged.

· Conduct survey wherever required.Follow up for Survey report and share it with customers.

· Arrange equipments to handle the cargo for loading on the vehicle.





· Arrange protected repacking of the cargo if opened for examination and other wise if damaged.

· Liaise with the transporters to ensure placement of vehicle on time.

· Work closely with CFS to handle our shipments on priority.

· Ensure the handover of complete job with receipts for billing.

· Ensure the rates applied by authorities are correct as per the tariff.

· Ensure highlighting the additional costs of expenses to billing & coordinator teams.

· Ensure timely communications to coordinators who can send timely updates to customers.

· Ensure the scans are being updated as per the SOP.

· Maintain record of all shipments being delivered.
