Citadel Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Non-Motor Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling non-motor insurance policies, endorsements, policy servicing, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handling Health Insurance and other Non-Motor Insurance policies.
Managing policy issuance, renewals, and servicing activities.
Processing endorsements and policy amendments.
Resolving policy-related issues and customer queries.
Coordinating with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claim-related support.
Maintaining accurate policy records and documentation.
Following up with clients and insurers for pending requirements.
Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Health Insurance and Non-Motor Insurance products.
Experience in policy issuance, endorsements, and policy servicing.
