Role :The Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of professionals in the Account Receivable process for income credit control in a BPO environment. They will oversee the daily operations, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure that targets and service levels are met.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.

1 year experience as a Team Lead
- Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role in the Account Receivable process.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals in the Account Receivable process, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching, feedback, and support for their professional development.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ Years
