Role & responsibilities
- Handle OPD and IPD billing processes accurately
- Prepare and verify patient bills, insurance details, and documentation
- Coordinate with departments for billing clarification
- Ensure timely billing and discharge procedures for IPD patients
- Maintain records and resolve billing-related queries
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience in hospital billing is mandatory
- Knowledge of billing software and healthcare processes preferred
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
