We have the opening for Freshers/Trainee/Intern for the position of HR Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Understand job requirements shared by hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding activities.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
- BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or any graduate with an interest in HR
