Vaidyanath Fire Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading fire protection and safety solutions company specializing in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems across industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for experienced Project Managers who can independently manage project execution, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor fire protection/MEP projects from initiation to handover.

Manage multiple project sites and ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.

Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Monitor manpower deployment, subcontractors, and material requirements.

Review project costs and control budgets.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Attend client meetings and provide project updates.

Ensure timely billing,



documentation, and project close-out activities.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

6–10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Fire Protection, Fire Fighting, or MEP projects.

Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, billing, quality control, and site management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere in India based on project requirements.
