Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Teacher at AILERNOVA.

The Online

Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons, create educational content tailored to the CBSE syllabus, and provide clear, student-friendly instruction.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching online classes, training students in various subjects,



and fostering an interactive virtual classroom workplace to enhance student understanding and success.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education to create and deliver effective, curriculum-aligned content

Proficiency in Teaching and Training to actively engage students and ensure successful knowledge transfer

Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and interact effectively with students

Ability to use digital tools and technology for virtual teaching purposes

Passion for education and familiarity with the CBSE curriculum

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; additional teaching certifications are a plus

Previous experience in online teaching is advantageous but not mandatory
