The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to craft compelling proposals that stand out to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and Analyze Projects: Research and identify potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru that align with our company's expertise and goals.
- Proposal Writing: Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals that highlight our skills, experience, and value proposition.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a consistent pipeline of projects by submitting bids regularly and following up with clients.
- Client Communication:



Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and answer any questions they may have.
- Negotiation: Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets to secure profitable deals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all bids submitted and track the status of each proposal.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our project management and technical teams to ensure that client expectations are met.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in bidding and freelance market dynamics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
