Are you passionate about generating business opportunities through online bidding platforms? Join our team and play a key role in acquiring new projects and clients globally. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.

✅ Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.

✅ Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

✅ Coordinate with technical teams to gather project estimates and solutions.

✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships.

✅ Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing with clients.





✅ Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets. Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.

Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of web development, digital marketing, or IT services is an advantage.
