Role Description The Onestream Trainer role is a remote position focused on designing and delivering high-quality training programs on the Onestream platform. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating training materials, conducting virtual training sessions for corporate and institute clients, and delivering hands-on workshops that cover configuration, usage, and best practices within Onestream. The trainer will assess learner needs, customize content for different skill levels, and provide follow-up support through documentation, Q&A; sessions, and knowledge checks.

The role also involves collaborating with internal technical teams to align training content with real-world implementations, gathering feedback to improve courses,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Onestream features and related financial and performance management processes.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Onestream platform concepts, including configuration, administration, and user functionality, with the ability to translate complex topics into transparent training content.

Experience designing and delivering structured training programs (virtual or in-person), including curriculum development, lesson planning, and creation of user guides, exercises, and presentations.

Solid understanding of finance, accounting, or corporate performance management processes to contextualize Onestream use cases for learners.

Effective communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences, handle questions in real time, and adapt teaching style to different learner levels.

Proficiency with common training and collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and presentation software).

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple training engagements, and meet agreed timelines.

Prior experience in IT or software training, ideally within enterprise applications or EPM/CPM tools, is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Any Onestream or relevant EPM/CPM certification is an advantage.
