We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the role of On-Call Verifier. The candidate will be responsible for making verification calls, confirming customer details, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates fluent in Tamil language and comfortable with telecalling roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound verification calls to customers/candidates

- Verify and confirm required information accurately

- Maintain proper call records and updates in the system

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

- Ensure professional and polite communication during calls

Requirements

- Fluency in Tamil language is mandatory

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working in a telecalling environment

- Basic computer knowledge

- Ability to multitask and handle calls professionally

- Candidates with telecalling/customer support experience will be preferred
