We're looking to grow the team and continue to scale our presence and help our customers maximise user adoption and take the user and customer experience to the peak. You'll be joining a new and fast moving cross-functional team, being closely involved in the growth and innovation journey. Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools including:

OmniScripts

FlexCards

Integration Procedures

DataRaptors

Build highly customizable front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).





Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, Apex callouts, and external services.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance.

Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and architects to convert business requirements into technical designs.

Create and maintain data models, custom metadata, and ensure clean and optimized data flow across systems.

Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and reusability efforts.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues in production and non-production environments.

Contribute to agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog, grooming, and retrospectives.

5–7 years of total Salesforce development experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio

Proficient in: ○ Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable) ○ Lightning Web Components (LWC) ○ SOQL/SOSL ○ Declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing & security architecture

Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and use of DevOps tools (e.g.,Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

Preferred Certifications ✅ Salesforce OmniStudio Developer (formerly Vlocity Developer) ✅ Salesforce Platform Developer I ✅ Salesforce Administrator ➕ (Nice to have) OmniStudio Consultant, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer IIs
