About the Role We are looking for a proactive, organized, and quality-driven Teacher Manager to lead and support our teaching team. This role is responsible for ensuring every teacher delivers an exceptional learning experience by managing the complete teacher lifecycle—from onboarding and training to performance evaluation, quality assurance, and continuous development. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, has strong leadership skills, and believes in building high-performing teaching teams through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Teacher Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate the onboarding process for newly selected teachers. Ensure all required documentation, profile verification, and platform setup are completed. Introduce teachers to company policies, teaching standards, and academic guidelines.

Training & DevelopmentConduct orientation sessions for current teachers. Organize regular training programs to improve teaching methodologies, communication, technology usage, and classroom engagement. Identify skill gaps and create personalized improvement plans.

Quality

AssuranceMonitor live and recorded classes to ensure high teaching standards. Evaluate teachers based on lesson delivery, subject knowledge, communication, student engagement, classroom management, and professionalism. Provide constructive feedback and coaching after quality evaluations. Maintain quality reports and improvement trackers.

Performance

ManagementTrack teacher KPIs, attendance, punctuality, class completion, and overall performance.



Conduct regular performance reviews. Recognize high performers and support underperforming teachers with improvement plans. Escalate recurring quality concerns when necessary.

Teacher

SupportAct as the primary point of contact for teachers regarding academic and operational matters. Assist teachers in resolving classroom, student, and technical challenges. Ensure teachers have all required resources before classes begin.

Academic

OperationsCoordinate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth class delivery. Ensure teachers follow lesson plans, curriculum guidelines, and reporting requirements. Monitor class recordings and maintain quality documentation.

Ensure timely submission of reports and assessments. Compliance & Process ManagementEnsure teachers adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and academic standards. Maintain teacher records, training logs, evaluation reports, and development plans.

Support audits and continuous process improvements.

Experience in academic operations, teacher training, quality assurance, school coordination, or EdTech. Prior experience managing teachers or academic teams is preferred.
