Role Printstop is implementing Odoo ERP module for its Operations Department.

- This profile will play a crucial role in the successful development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the Odoo ERP system.
- This individual will collaborate closely with the outsourced development agency during the beta and user testing phases, ensuring a seamless transition from development to implementation.
- Following the implementation, the Odoo Developer will be responsible for maintaining the ERP system, troubleshooting issues, and providing necessary assistance to ERP users.

- Should have good understanding database administration.
- Knowledge of Linux operating system.

Qualifications & Experience

- Have a total development experience of 3-5 years as Odoo ERP developer, 1-2years in database administration.
- Excellent knowledge in different stacks - Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML,CSS, XML etc-

Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation : Collaborate with the outsourced company in the beta and user testing phases of the Odoo ERP implementation. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the development team to ensure successful deployment of the ERP system.

User Testing : Conduct thorough testing of the Odoo ERP system to identify and resolve any bugs or issues before full-scale implementation.

Gather feedback from end-users and work towards enhancing user experience.

Post-Implementation Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Odoo ERP system.

Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient operation of the ERP.

Development and Optimization : Collaborate with the user team to understand new needs and code / customize the Odoo modules as per business requirements.

Optimize existing ERP functionalities to improve overall system performance. Closely work with the tech team for integrations and API testing with the e-commerce platform

Database : Maintain and optimise the data structures and overall data of the ERP

Documentation: Document system configurations, changes, and customizations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the ERP setup.

Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users
