Role Description This is a part time, on-site OET Trainer role based in South Delhi. The trainer will plan and deliver OET (Occupational English Test) lessons, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules, following structured lesson plans and exam-oriented strategies.

Responsibilities include assessing learners’ language skills, providing detailed feedback on performance, and conducting mock tests to track progress. The trainer will develop or adapt teaching materials, maintain student records,



and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality in OET training. The role involves guiding students on test techniques, time management, and professional communication relevant to healthcare contexts. Qualifications

Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and professional communication.

Experience teaching OET Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice activities, and mock tests aligned with the OET format.

Skilled in providing constructive feedback, individualized support, and student progress tracking.

Excellent classroom management, interpersonal skills, and a learner-centered teaching approach.

Familiarity with healthcare contexts and terminology is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (TESOL, CELTA, or similar) are a plus.

Willingness to work part-time on-site in South Delhi and collaborate with the wider training team.
