Role & responsibilities

Incoming material Quality Control RM and PM Sampling, Testing,

verification, supplier development tracking, Reports, and documentation

Bulk Formulation Testing Testing of Bulk Formulation for different Active ingredients and other physical and chemical parameters as per specification

Instrument testing: Hand on experience in Handling Gas Liquid

Chromatogram, HPLC, Karl Fischer Titrator, UV Spectrophotometer.

Familiar with all the Calibration Techniques of all Lab Instruments

Hands on experience in Analytical Method Validation

Trouble Shooting of Lab Instruments, management of spares, and

maintenance.

Planning Laboratory budget, review, and control

Familiar with SAP QM Module for entire Quality Process

Management of Product dossier/ Standards/ All Quality Records





Maintain Control Sample Collection/ Storage/ Monitoring / Recording as per protocol

Periodic review, improve and report the Key Performance Indicators as per requirement.

Ensure and Strive to improve the Safety Standards of the Lab activities and overall GMP standards

Familiar with 5S implementation and maintain workplace standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry (Male/Female Candidates)

Experience: Should have at least 4 to 8 years experience in the Quality function of FMCG industries (Chemical industry preferred)
