Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and Client-focused Client Coordinator (Post Sales) to manage Client relations and provide end-to-end support to homebuyers after booking. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle Clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle post-sales Client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with all internal departments to provide relevant answers to homebuyers.
- Communicate with Clients regarding payment schedules, construction updates, possession timelines, documentation and registration processes.
- Assist Clients with agreements, demand letters, statements of accounts and other related documentation.
- Follow up on pending payments and Client requests.
- Maintain Client records, MIS reports and database accurately.
- Support Client meetings, site visits and possession-related activities.
- Ensure high levels of Client satisfaction through professional communication and coordination.
Required Skills
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with interpersonal and Client handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
