Market research and analysis

- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Compile and analyze data to assist the business development team in strategy formulation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and potential areas for growth.

Client Relations and Communication

- Serve as a point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining regular communication with clients and partners.
- Prepare client-facing documents, presentations, and proposals in collaboration with the business development team.

Proposal and Document Preparation

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
- Coordinate the approval process for proposals and contracts, liaising with internal departments as needed.

Internal Support

- Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client and prospect information.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations,



and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in digital marketing and lead generation

Must have -

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Experience in a business development or sales environment within renewable energy or sustainability domains.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and contract management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar support role,preferably within a business development or sales workplace.

Work Environment -

- Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client meetings or industry events as needed.
- Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
