Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oros gold loan products.
- Ensure fulfillment of customers gold loan requirement
- Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process
- Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and saltwater
- Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers
- Build a long-term relationship with customers for future business
- Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage

Skills & Requirements

- Languages - Tamil and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
- Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications
- Two-wheeler and license for travel
- Technical Skills - Ability to use touchstone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ensuring the right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone deduction etc.
