About the Role
As working with Corporate Actions team, you will help manage events that affect financial securities, such as dividends, stock splits, mergers, and bonus issues. You will work with different teams and external partners to ensure these events are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor corporate action events and identify which client holdings are affected.
- Track announcements, deadlines, and updates related to corporate actions.
- Process voluntary corporate action instructions by collecting client responses and sending them to custodians or agents.
- Ensure payments and results are received correctly and investigate any differences or issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, and counterparties to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
