- Senior Legal & Contracts professional with 15-20 years of experience in large or mid-sized organizations, preferably in infrastructure, PPP, or NHAI projects.
- Expertise in providing legal counsel across arbitration, IBC, DRT, criminal, consumer, and labour laws, along with solid experience in drafting and vetting pleadings, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard company interests.
- Proven track record in handling high-value litigation and arbitration matters (
- 100 Cr+), representing organizations before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, and Arbitral Tribunals.
- Skilled in claims management, including pre-claim assessments, defense strategies, negotiation, and settlements, particularly in NHAI-related matters.
- Strong capabilities in end-to-end contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation, including vendor and contractor agreements.
- Adept at managing complex stakeholder environments, developing legal strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance aligned with business objectives.
- Holds an LLB/LLM from a reputed university.
