Process: Tele sales Executive - Personal Loan (Banking Process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to promote and sell Personal Loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Accurately update customer records and sales activities in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in BFSI or BPO Sales.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Versant Score: 4.5 or above.
Salary & Benefits:
- 25,500 CTC | 21,000 Take-Home
- 29,500 CTC | 25,000 Take-Home (Based on experience and interview performance)
