Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Payroll & Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end US payroll operations, payroll accounting, compliance, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with HR, Finance, Tax, and payroll service providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and accounting compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of payroll and accounting experience, including US payroll management. mostly inhouse not with BPO payroll process
- along with US payroll, experience in LATAM or Canada or Mexico payroll is desired
- Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, payroll taxes, and wage laws.




- Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, Paychex, or UKG.
- Robust understanding of General Ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
