Role Overview

Responsible for Collections MIS, reporting, analytics, KPI monitoring, and automation to support collection performance, call center operations, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and automate daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track key collection KPIs: Bucket Performance, Recovery, Roll Rates, Collection Efficiency, Resolution TAT, and Agent Productivity.
- Analyze collection portfolios, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor call center productivity, agent allocation, and operational performance.
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from LMS and other systems.
- Coordinate with Operations, Legal, ADU, and Business teams for reporting and case tracking.
- Drive process automation using Excel, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.




- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards)
- SQL and data analysis
- Power BI/Tableau (preferred)
- LMS and collections reporting experience
- Power Automate and Forms
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-6 years of MIS, Analytics, or Collections Reporting experience in BFSI/NBFC/Fintech.
- Experience in collection portfolios and call center analytics.
