- The Site Engineer QS & Billing will be responsible for quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and cost control activities at the project site.
- The role involves preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, quantity take-offs, and monitoring project costs to ensure timely billing and financial control of industrial construction projects such as warehouses, factories, and utility buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Quantity Surveying
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Verify quantities executed at site for civil and structural works.
- Maintain measurement sheets and BOQ reconciliation.
- Track variation quantities and extra items.
- Client Billing
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills for submission to clients.
- Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for bill verification and certification.
- Maintain billing registers and documentation.
- Follow up for bill certification and payments.
- Subcontractor Billing
- Verify subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Prepare and process subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
- Ensure bills are in line with work order terms and executed quantities.
