Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to increase insurance penetration through bank channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the bancassurance business.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and feedback.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in banca or bancassurance industry.
- Strong understanding of general insurance sales principles, policies, and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an insurance broking or agency workplace.
