Export Customer Handling

- Develop departmental budget in coordination with departments to ensure productive utilization of resources.
- Monitor departmental budget adherence and take corrective action if required.
- Ability to handle Export customers.
- Ensure quality monitoring of incoming material is carried out as per defined standards, report any deviations and take corrective action as necessary.
- Regularly monitor in process quality ensuring quality production output and monitor deviations from standards continuously and take corrective action in coordination with departments as required.
- Ensure job work sent to vendors is completed as per specifications and within desired timelines.
- Ensure pre-dispatch quality checks of products as per defined standards, report deviations to production and take corrective action as required.
- Monitor customer complaints regularly and ensure root cause identification of complaint and initiate corrective action as required in coordination with various departments.
- Carry out regular internal audits to ensure quality systems are being adhered to, take corrective action where system adherence is not followed
- Monitor Kaizen projects initiated in the plant,



ensure there is no impact on product specifications
- Coordinate with quality circles in plant and monitor their progress and provide regular feedback and assistance as required
- Initiate kaizen projects as per need to improve departmental functioning and bring in efficiencies
- Ensure employee grievance are handled with sensitivity and resolved as per defined standards
- Ensure deployment of 5s and safety on the shop floor to promote safe working environment
- Ensure preparation of MIS report as per requirements
- Ensure development of subordinates in the essential skills required to perform the job
- Monitor subordinate performance and provide constructive feedback regularly to direct reporting subordinates and ensure their development
- Knowledge of Tier-2 SCP Quality systems/upgradation
- Ensure Quality related feedback to CFT for New Product Development.
