Job Title: Networking Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Kompally

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

- Design, implement, and maintain physical and virtual server environments (Windows/Linux)
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure
- Oversee data center operations, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
- Evaluate, test, and deploy OS patches, firmware updates, and system upgrades

Cloud and Virtualization

- Manage hybrid and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
- Plan and execute cloud migration and optimization initiatives

Security & Compliance

- Enforce security best practices for systems and user access (AD, IAM, MFA, etc.)
- Collaborate with InfoSec teams to maintain compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA)
- Monitor and audit systems for vulnerabilities,



performance issues, and anomalies

Automation & Monitoring

- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible
- Implement monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG) for proactive issue resolution

Leadership & Collaboration

- Serve as a technical lead in infrastructure projects and cross-functional teams
- Mentor and support junior admins, sharing best practices and documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps, Network, Security, and Application teams

Strategic Contributions

- Assess current technologies and vendors for suitability in enterprise environments
- Contribute to long-term IT strategy, budgeting, and capacity planning
- Draft and maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure diagrams
