Job Title : Data Analyst (3rd Party Payroll)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Generate periodic MIS reports and ad-hoc analyses as per business requirements.

Database Management & Querying

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from databases.
- Create automated data pipelines for recurring reporting needs.

Excel & Data Management

- Build and maintain complex Excel models with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros/VBA).




- Create templates and trackers for operational KPIs and business metrics.

Automation & App Development

- Design and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
- Build lightweight business applications using Power Apps for data collection, tracking, and operational use cases.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across the team.

Experience: 12 years in a data analytics, MIS, or business intelligence role
