Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

- Handle customer interactions professionally via calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and empathetic approach.
- Communicate effectively in English and Hindi
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
- Stay updated with process knowledge, product updates, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to schedules, productivity targets, and attendance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
- Shift Timings:
- Login Hours: 10 Hours
- Production Hours: 9 Hours
